This event occurs only when a colony is just settled. It simulate in some sort the stress and some chaotic moments of the establishment of a colony on a new world.  

The applied modifiers are different regarding in which environment the colony is, with the heaviest penalties for Space Environment.

It is basically the first event ever a colony receive in its existence.

The event is resident and the duration is 5 weeks.

How to Resolve It


There is nothing that can be resolved directly by the player and AIs, because the stress effect decay with time. It's possible to compensate the modifiers by other means, if available; like infrastructures that can reduce the tension, or adding soldiers to raise the security level.


Cancellation / Update Rules


When all the modifiers reach 0, the event is immediately cancelled.
