This event is only used for storing the bonus/penalty modifier for Instruction in relation of the Health level.

It also updates each time that the Health of the colony changes.

Only occurs when a colony is established.


Duration


The event is resident and permanent for the whole lifetime of a colony.


Game Effects


Health modifier is calculated following the level of Health of the colony. This modifier is applied to Instruction calculations each time it is needed.
